Fraud.

It’s quite awful to speak ill of a person to another or a social site without that person’s presence to defend his or herself. Yeah, everyone is guilty of doing it, but friends don’t do that to one another. A friend would not look for or see your dirt and then show it to the world. A friend helps clean your dirt or suggests that you take a bath. In other words, people don’t try to bring shame on their friends. Defining friendship isn’t that complex.

Getting a surprise punch in the face with the truth hurts.

Friend. Fraud.

Fireflies on the Water (2002), by Yayoi Kusama.

Fireflies on the Water is an installation made of 150 lights, mirrors and water.
It offers an out-of-this-world experience from the confines of a modest room paneled with mirrors and adorned with 150 tiny beads of light deliberately suspended throughout the compact space. Upon entering the room, there’s an illusionary effect that gives the impression of infinite space reflected on all sides and in the two inches of water that flows below.

July 12 - September 30, Whitney Museum.

Worth clicking through, not least because they go beyond album art. For example: “The Scream.”

Awesome.
